The Challenge
RLC Solutions ran on a legacy .NET and Angular platform that was accumulating errors and couldn't scale. Every new gift card provider required custom development, making feature additions slow and fragile. Only a basic B2B product existed with no way for RLC's team to onboard new clients without developer intervention. Missed business opportunities and customer-facing failures were mounting.
What We Built
We integrated as RLC's complete technical team in a continuous partnership. First, we stabilized the legacy system to keep the business running. Then we designed a new Laravel core with independent connectors that abstract the complexity of different gift card providers. We built a multi-tenant SaaS B2B platform, extended it to support B2C direct sales, created a public API for programmatic purchases, and delivered a self-administration panel where RLC can spin up new tenants in minutes - no developers needed.
